Proxy Errors

Intellij.net keeps getting these errors, we need to reload many times to
get to the site:

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Apache/2.0.46 (Red Hat) Server at www.intellij.net Port 80
