Show "implement methods from interfaces" and "override base class methods" on ALT+INS

Out of curiosity, I was browsing ReSharper feature list, and noticed that implement/override methods are offered in it's ALT+INS shortcut. Why not duplicate this nice usability enhancement back to IDEA?

Sure, we have CTRLI and CTRLO, but for newcome users it would be nice to show these two "generation" options on a simplified pop-up.

Anyone with me here? If yes, I'll post a new SCR (maybe I'll save this one to the new JIRA tracker).

It would first require /Generate/ to take the context - caret location -
into account, and "they" don't want it.
See the long thread:
"[Alt-ins] in method body : /Generate/ pop-up menu is inappropriate. "

Down this thread, read the message:

Your suggestion would appear in the

location.

I've posted a RFE some months/years ago, but IIRC it is in To Be
Discussed state.

Fixed in #3118 IIRC.
