Modifying code generation template?

When generating code, specifically getters/setters through alt-insert, is there a way to control the output. Say for instance you want to always do a null parameter check when doing a setter. Is there a way to modify the setter "template" to include such behavior?

Thanks,
Jim

It would be nice if you allow customization of getters/setters as well as
delegation. I hope it will not cause problem to fieldgettersetter
simultaneous renaming
