Intellij 9.0.2 problem with Java Icons in Project Outline

Hi Everyone,

Currently I have been having an issue with the java icons which appear in the project outline. Before intellij indexes the entire project the normal icons are available i.e. blue circle with a C for a java class, green circle with an I for an interface etc etc.

Once the IDE has finished indexing the project these icons disappear and are replaced with a blue square with a J in it.

Has anyone experienced this before, or know how to resolve this annoying issue. I do not believe its the IDE's fault, it is probably human error.
