Confirmation before closing code window with dirted buffer & missing restart on OS-X

I cannot find any option which could display confirmation before the window (where something has been changed) is closed. Currently, After cmd+F4 (I use Mac OS-X) the window is closed and saved without any warning. This is annoying. This problem is in IntelliJ IDEA, PHPStorm, and another versions of the IDE.

Another bug: when I update plugins, the editor should restart, but it exits only. This problem can be observed on Mac OS-X. Windows version works correctly here.
