Subversion integrate to branch does not work anymore

Since 9.0.1 the subversion integrate to branch feature (which is nice) does not seem to work anymore...and if that should be fixed how about making it even better by delivering commit message: svn merge -rleft:right https://branch [originalCommitMessage] ?

I guess that must be related to converting to svn version 1.6, while the svn server still runs on 1.4x...
