Replace in path not working (2114)

I've been using the replace in path feature and I've noticed that it will go
through and find all the files/places that something that will be replaced
and I choose to accept the replace on each instance it finds but about half
way through the list of items to replace, it just stop replacing but I can
see that there are more places it has to replace still. If I re-run the
replace in path again, it will pick up where it left off.

Has anyone else seen this?

Yep, and at least two bugs have been filed on this already.

I entered an issue the other day for "replace in all files" not actually
replacing in all files, it seemed ( to me ) to replcae the first found
item and then stopped.
