Missing something obvious? Save UI form as template.

One of the new features touted in the changes page is Save UI form as
template. I can't work out how to do this. What am I missing?

construct ur UI template, then use Tools|save as template to save it as template. next time when u want a new form, use the one u saved as a template.

Thanks. I was expecting something under File. Tools->Save as template
seems a bit of an odd choice.
