Idea server status icon not shown.

Hello Naimdjon,

Please install the IDEA Server plugin from the plugin manager.

The status Icon not shown for some reason. The first time I started
Idea I did not login and the icon is not shown. I attached the
screenshot.

Idea: 9.0.1 (IU-93.94)
OS: 64-bit Ubuntu
JDK: 1.6.0_14
Any tips?
