I just had friends in Boston and London try "ping confluence.jetbrains.net" and both got timeouts.

I haven't been able to get to it from home for weeks - but have no
problem from work.  Jetbrains support were able to tell me that there's
no sign of my IP address in the server logs and my ISP can't find any
fault.  It's frustrating and puzzling :(

Incidentally, the builds aren't hosted on the confluence site - you can
fetch them using URLs like this:

http://download.jetbrains.com/idea/ideaIU-95.24.tar.gz

Thanks for that, I was able to get the download directly, first by using a proxy site to look at the page and then by using the download link edited to grab the mac version.

Yeah, it's been weeks for me as well here on Comcast. I just finally started investigating yesterday.
