minor startup bug in 94.633

If I don't wait until the indexing is fully completed in start up in
94.633, then open a package, if I click a + in the left panel for the
package, I will see a message "loading" rather than the classes in the
package.

You would think that just waiting would eventually display the
package. But not so.  I have to collapse the package then expand it
again once the indexing is complete to see the classes.

If you tell a computer the same fact in more than one place, unless you have an automated mechanism to ensure           they stay in sync, the versions of the fact will eventually get out of sync.
