exception reporting service down?

Same for me. IDEA locks up for about 2 minutes before it comes back and
tells me about the 502 error. This is the error you get when you enter the
URL in a browser:

"Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /websupport/error/.

Reason: Error reading from remote server"

I think it's something with JB's network configuration since there are error
reports from JB staff today.
