method templates

hi.

I would like to be able to define templates used when ever a method skeleton is generated by IDEA.

Here are some things I would like to accomplish:
-enter javadocs as part of the method creation process
-have default code for certain types of methods(example: check for nulls in setters)
-set scope

What do you all think?
