IJ9 CE: where are the libraries / jars listed?

Where are the libraries and jar's configured now that the Project | Settings | Modules is gone?

Update: I found them, the top level is now apparently called a Module (previously called a Project that could contain multi modules). you right click on it and "Module settings" appears as one of the options.

It's sad that Jetbrains feels the modules are an "ultimate" feature.
Why?

The module configuration is fully available in IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition.
You can find it in the same place as IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate - File | Project
Structure or the Project Structure toolbar button.
