weblogic-ejb-jar.xml requests focus constantly

I have an EJB project (using ClearCase as the version control system) and for some reason IntelliJ 4.0 (no rc for 4.0.1) insists on getting focus and always brings up this file. If I check it out - changes are made and then IntelliJ is happy again, but it removes the JNDI element within the xml file - and that is really annoying.

If I check the file out. Once I close the file within IntelliJ - the JNDI configuration is removed !!!

Have anyone experienced something like this exotic behaviour ?
