IntelliJ 9 - Proxy settings

Hello,

Is there a way to define proxy exception within IDEA 9 (93.13)? Since there are some problems refering to the proxy (http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-26710) this feature would be quiet useful.
