unable to connect to TeamCity trough plugin with Maia 9 and TC4.5.5

I've been unable to connect to TeamCity through the Idea plugin since I
updated to TC 4.5.5, whil using Maia 9 (92.24 still has the problem).

Has anything changed? Is it only a port problem?
