1151 - Every class flagged red with a can't resolve symbol
Including the standard java classes, and they are all present in the modules/classpaths bit (as they were before i upgraded)

Doh! Okay please accept my apologies, my fault, word to the wise don't add *.class to the list of ignored files ;)
