Build check with error reporting
Since there are so many builds now, it might make sense to disable the build
check from automatic exception reporting. Almost everytime I try to report
an exception it comes back saying that there is a new build :)
What do you think ?

In fact many of submitted exceptions are duplicates and we have enough
number of exception submitted from those who use the newest build.
