Classess folder not created in web artifact [Maia 90.94]

This bug is already fixed (see http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEADEV-40863). The fix will be available in next EAP build.

I am having problem with creating a web artifact. I have setup my web artifact the way it is on this picture:

When I build the artifact the folder classes is not created and compile output is nowhere to be found under WEB-INF directory. "Lib" folder is created and populated correctly though.

Any suggestions ?
