No Web Facet to deploy in Run/Debug Configurations

AppEngine Dev server configuration requires a Web facet with AppEngine sub facet. You can add an AppEngine facet to your Web facet by using popup menu
in Project Structure dialog.

I'm using 10781 in Karmic Koala. You can see from the attached images that I have a Web facet. But, in the Run/Debug Configurations window, there's nothing in the Web Facet to deploy drop down list. How can I fix this error?

This doesn't happen with 10781 in Windows XP.
