Web preview crashes Intellij IDEA 8.1.3

Hi I ran into this problem the first time I installed Idea Intellij on windows 7 32 bit or 64 the only solution I found was to run intellij in compatible mode Vista sp 3 restart Intellij and it works fine after that.

The HTML preview component is designed to support 32-bit architectures only.

Every time I try to use Web Preview Intellij IDEA crashes, without
giving any reason.
I use a very simple HTML file, so that cannot be it.
Anyone else having problems with it?
Can I do something to figure out what might be wrong?
Intellij IDEA 8.1.3
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
JDK 1.6.0_16 64 bit
