Constant reindexing of maven 2 repository on startup
If anybody is observing IDEA reindexing maven repository on every startup, please vote on http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-24132 . It has a link to a stacktrace which might be the cause (and needs fixing )
