TeamCity Remote Run Issues

Remote Run isn't working for me since I intalled Idea 9 EAP. I've updated twice. I'm now on v10558 and plugin version 4.0.0.8198. Is this a known issue? If not, which issue tracker do I report this to - IDEA or TeamCity?
