1101 doesn't start

Anyone else having a problem? 1094 worked fine for me but 1101 won't start.
A log file is generated. The log complains of an exception in client.dll

I'm running Windows XP on a Dell inspiron 5100

Any thoughts?

Had same problem, disabled any extra networks including Bluetooth and
Wireless when I was using ethernet card. If you want ot use wireless
then disable ethernet card...

It's looks like a problem of IDEA license checker in multiple network adapters environment (or JDK problem).
