8.1.3 "Surround with" problems in .jsp file

Hello Donald,

If I select more than 1 line then the "surround with" keyboard
shortcut doesn't work. It still works if I try it from the menu - but
that is a real pain (and defeats the whole purpose of keyboard
shortcuts).

Could you provide a sample? "Surround with" may does nothing if mixed code
(e.g. Java + HTML) is selected in JSP. But I never met a case when keyboard
shortcut suggests nothing, but menu does something.
