Idea 8.1.3 SVN integration: files not marked changed

IDEA build 9886 (8.1.3), Mac OS X 10.5.7 (with Java update 4)

I am having terrible trouble with IDEA not recognizing that a file has
been changed. It seems to happen after something has been committed. I
have to kill IDEA and restart it to get it working correctly.

Thank you,

Donald

I had the same problem. I ended up giving up and going back to 8.1.2. See http://www.jetbrains.net/devnet/docs/DOC-1145

Hello Donald,

Is the file status updated correctly if you press Refresh in the Changes
view?

What working copy format are you using?

Apparently the problem was at least partly caused by a directory that
did not have a .svn directory. The Changes view choked and gave a
prominent error (which was actually useful) whereas the regular change
checking gave no error and then did the wrong thing.
