Package partially not found?

I have a project that includes both JUnit and Jemmy as "Global
Libraries". When I use a class from either, I get the normal auto-import
popup ("junit.framework.TestCase? Alt+Enter"). If I press Alt and Enter,
instead of importing the class, it inserts the fully qualified classname
at that point in the code. If I type in the import statement by hand,
part of the package text turns red, but everything compiles and runs
correctly. Maybe I haven't set them up correctly as libraries. It seems
pretty straightforward, but I've tried everything I can think of short
of including their source in the paths for my particular app. Oh, one
other hint; they show up fine (source and all) in the "Project" tree,
but they don't show up in the "Packages" tree. Any ideas?
