I use the Build 1050 with VSS 6.0.
I create a new project in IDEA.
Change project settings to VSS and make the necessary settings for a proper access to the requested VSS repository.
Now right-click on the project-root node in the project tree and try to "Get the latest Version" of the project.
Now a flood of "folder not existing" dialog waits for to answer them with yes. After that it seems to me that the single files will be loaded from the repository.
But then an error-message appears:
"Cannot start process, the working directory does not exist"
After some investigations I found out, that VSS had made to many folders. Or better : In my project are some folder, that VSS can't find in the repository the get the files of it.
If I only try to "Get the latest version" of some special selected folders everything works fine.
But if there is an unknown folder inside the same problem occurs again.
By the way: A small cosmetic hint.
If I "Get the latest version" and everything works fine, I will see the name of each file in the statusbar.
But if the last file was loaded by VSS no READY or something like that is shown in the statusbar.
Instead of this the name of the last loaded file is shown.
This is not that elegant.
