External tools problem

I defined an external tool to call ant to format my code. The definition
looks like this:

==========================================================
]]>
==========================================================

When I run it in IDEA, I got error related to log4j. However I can copy the
generated command and run in a dos window. Looks like it is because IDEA
sets CLASSPATH environment variable before calling ant. I've found a
workaround by adding "set CLASSPATH=" in ant.properties. Wonder if IDEA can
do this automatically or run external tools in a fresh environment.

==================== IDEA OUTPUT =========================
