Commit comment field broken

Hi,

I (and my colleague) have problem with Commit Changes dialog. The comment text area is not working correctly. I can type characters, but backspace, delete and copy/paste are not working in there. Basically the field is broken. Anybody else with same problem?

Version 8.1.2 build 9852, but actually it started happening for me in 8.1. I upgraded to 8.1.2 in hope it will be fixed. It's not.

I guess it might be some kind to config error somewhere...

... and I use SVN...
