Cannot resolve Taglibs in 1050 but I could in 1019

I was using build 1019 to build my web application and it was resolving

Well, basically. There are ways to set your project up so that they resolve
(see posts from Robert Sfeir) but for me it wasn't feasible and I'm back to
1019.

For me taglibs resolve correctly. In build 1050 I had to adjust the location of my JSPs, now in build 1071 this is no longer required.
