996 Run / Debug Dialog too wide/tall.

I'm using same version (996) on Windows and Linux. On my Linux computer for some reason Run / Debug dialog is way too wide. I have to manually shrink dialog width to get access for parameter buttons.

It seems that the reason for very wide dialog is very long VM parameter settings.

Also, for some unknwon reason the dialog is too tall. I tried to shrink it to get access for OK / Cancel buttons, but these do not show at all!

More refined information:
I'm actually experiencing this with my Windows box aswell. The reason for very wide dialog is long VM parameter list (might be program parameters too, but not tested).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Run / Debug dialog
2. Create two Application Configurations.
3. Put very long parameter list into VM parameters of second application, such as:
-Ddebug=false -Djava.io.tmpdir=C:/temp/ -Dlog4j.debug=true -Dlog4j.configuration=file://C:/works/cvs/java/RMC/log4j.properties -Djava.rmi.server.logCalls=false -Dsun.rmi.loader.logLevel=WARNING -Dsun.rmi.server.logLevel=WARNING -Xloggc:c:/temp/systemamanagerserver.txt
4. Switch to first aplication configuration.
5. Switch back to second configuration.
Result:
Dialog width is way too wide!

Additional notices:
- Dialog width can not be changed from left border.
- Dialog height can not be changed from top border.
- Now and then dialog size can not be changed at all!
