Refreshing libraries

Hi,

I noticed a anoing problem in refreshing libraries.When I copy a new version
of a jar file, the Idea freeze a moment(depending on the jar file size). If
I have a lots of updated jars, the Idea freaza ~20 seconds in P4 at 2.4 GHz.

Could be the refresh made in background?

-1 for doing that in background
+1 for showing a progress dialog

It doesn't make sense to update the libraries in the background because
we're gonna need that updated information to properly edit java files.

I would REALLY like it to happen in the background, but .....

+1 for your idea (especially the progress bar. there is a large block at
the bottom left. Plenty of room for a description and the pbar.
