Troubles Purchasing Update Licenses


First, I've tried to purchase directly on, but it rejected my license key. Then I've contacted and received a link to your website where to order. I've entered all my data and one day later received a pro-forma invoice with a very old address. Later, one week ago, I've contacted three (!) times and but received just silence. Sorry, but selling this way will not increase the income for Jetbrains.

Both I and a friend have had very good experiences contacting JetBrains sales about license upgrade issues and questions.
