I Can't switch between classic view and default view in the setting

Hello cool8jay,

I'm using version #9144, but there is not a button in the setting
window to switch between classic view and default view.

I know it's at the left bottom in IDEA 6.

The settings UI in IntelliJ IDEA 8 is neither the old classic view nor the
old default view, and indeed there's no possibility to switch to any different
view.
