UI problem on Linux (RH 9.0)

I have a problem with IntelliJ on Linux/RH9.0. Any Dialog box does not resize its content.

This happens to dialogs like Project/IDE Properties and all "Floating" windows when set to Floating mode.

Also, the new "Configure project" dialog in 977 does not have any scrollbar, and it pops up in a size to fit any data without one (which for my co-worker is a height of about 4000). When resized down one cannot access content below the size of the dialog.

I've attached a picture of the new Configure project and a floating project dialog. Note the darker grey area to the bottom and right.

I'm using RH9.0 on KDE 3.2 Beta1. My co-worker has the same problem using RH9.0 and Gnome. Our windows users does not have this problem at all.
