Run config popup snapping to wide geometry

When I select configurations w/in the Run config popup, the popup keeps snapping to an absurdly wide geometry. When I do this within the Application tab, the width of the new configuration seems to be proportional to the longest string within "Main class", "VM Parameters", etc. list. When I do this within the JUnit tab, I get a wide geometry even if all of the strings are short. In both cases, I don't think it is desirable behavior.

Is anybody else seeing this behavior (in which case I'll open a tracker item), or is this a side effect of tracker item #19452 http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=19452 ?
