Slow startup IDEA 957 and 963

Hi,

Just wondering if it is me or anybody else has this.

When starting IDEA it pops up the cmd window, and then just sits there for about a minute or 2 doing nothing. No CPU usage, memory stable at 12Mb.

This is for running both 957 and 963 on windows XP.
