J2EE JavaDoc Look Up via Shift+F1

I'm running IDEA 7.0.3 and I'm trying to configure it so I can get the JavaDoc for J2EE 1.4 classes like HttpServletRequest just by pressing Shift+F1. It's working for regular Java classes like String, List, etc.

I downloaded the API to "C:\Program Files\Java\j2ee1.4".

In my app server config (we use BEA 8.1.6) I have the path to my JavaDoc set up as follows:
C:\Program Files\Java\j2ee1.4\apidocs

When I put my cursor on HttpServletRequest and press Shift+F1 nothing happens. If I do the same for String it works. What am I missing here?

the JEE Javadocs aren't linked to the library jars.
Don't know why they aren't included in the IntelliJ docset and linked automatically when you add a JEE facet to the application (as the jar is so included).
The same thing happens with other facets like Spring and Hibernate (those I've tested so far).

You can from the project dependencies screen edit the library jar settings and add the Javadoc directory there.
But I don't think this is a global setting, so you'd have to do it all over again for each new project.
