My bug got labeled "Do not fix" - am I picky?
Hi.
I just want peoples oppinion on this:

Am I being picky or do others think this behaviour is a bug?

it's not a bug, you're treating the app improperly.

On one hand, one could argue that the config directory is "IDEA's territory", so you should not mess there; but then if you want to copy someone's settings, the only way now is to copy it exactly there while IDEA is not running, so that kind of weakens the above argument. In any case, I can understand your point.
The cleanest way out of it would be for the JetBrainers to offer a "settings import" functionality, but I guess the benefit does not justify the effort (plus, if would overload the IDE with yet another functionality which would decrease its usablity)
