Where is this feature? - highlight all of a selected element

In both Eclipse and Netbeans, when you highlight a variable or method, all instances of it get highlighted as well. One really gets used to this. I don't see this in Intellij Idea. Please tell me how to do this.

First, you can do this manually:
Ctrl-Shift-F7 highlights
- occurences of the identifier if there's is no selection
- or of the literal selection text if there is a selection.

If you want to have automatic highlight as the caret moves, then you need to download the "Identifier Highlighter" plugin.
See IDE Settings -> Plugins -> Available -> Identifier Highlighter (right click -> Download and Install)
