Are you sure you are using your commercial license with EAP builds?

This is the license for the library used by IDEA, not for IDEA itself and it looks like you installed the build over a previous IDEA
installation (or just updated some libraries). It is preferable to install each EAP build in a new directory to avoit such problems.

It is
preferable to install each EAP build in a new
directory to avoit such problems.

Should we then not distribute the zip file any more?

I personally find the installation lacking in regards to upgrade. I would prefer to see http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=7009 implemented soon, so we could take advantage of it during the hectic days of the EAP period.

Also, if the means of upgrading is really install new version, and un-install previous version, it would be useful for the installer to do that automatically. I'm going to append this recommendation to the afore-mentioned problem, as I think they are all related.

Also, I think http://www.intellij.net/tracker/idea/viewSCR?publicId=5418 should be duplicated with this problem as well.
