Windows XP L&F and washed out Go To dialogs

Hi,
Even I noticed these issues. However the menu background is the problem with 1.4.2 itself. It has to be intimated to Sun.

Hi.

I really like the Windows L&F under Windows XP that
1.4.2 brought.

However, it causes some small UI issues:
1. Go To (class, file, etc.) dialogs are washed out
as they get a white
(probably same as menu) background.
2. Menus appear as a gray rectangle and then fill up
with white background
(I don't even know if that can be remedied).
3. The read only class icons lose their bottom line
of pixels.

I attached some files to show 1 and 3.
