Configuring JSP taglibs as external references

Hi,

I've have this project that was created as a regular java application. In this project are jsps that have references to taglibs that IDEA cannot find. I thought you could use the external resources to point IDEA to where these are. That didn't work and I'm not sure what to do now. I didn't create the project as a web module because I only work on a part of the whole project, we have whole build/kitting process here.

any ideas how to get this to work?

This seems to be bug, please, file JIRA request. Linking tlds via
external resource manager should work for simple modules
