Upgrade to 7.0

Does anyone know if I can get a free upgrade to IDEA 7.0 if I buy a personal license for 6.0 now?

Another way of looking at it: Can I purchase the 7.0 license now and use 6.0 until its officially released?

I see they did something similar to this from the upgrade page (You can get a free upgrade to 6.0 if you purchased a license after July 12, 2006). I was wondering if they are going to do the same thing with 7.0 and the date I need to wait to purchase it. Is July 12, 2006 the day 6.0 was released, or was it before?

No, IDEA 6.0 licenses purchased now do not qualify for free upgrades to 7.0,
and you cannot purchase version 7.0 licenses before version 7.0 is released.
