Enabling Texmate Theme Bundles

I have tried to install texamte theme bundles I have downloaded from http://wiki.macromates.com/Themes/UserSubmittedThemes.
some of the themes do load in the Settings | Editor | texmate Bundles but then I cannot load theme as a theme choice in the color editor.

So a theme like 2morrow is loadable in the editor but not selectable as a theme whilst others such as Bird of Paradise http://joebergantine.com/werkstatt/birds-of-paradise-for-textmate just wont even open in the texmate bundle area.

a) Is it possible to install themes this way?
b) is there a quality criteria or a yeoman converter that needs to be used to make the themes applicable for webstorm?

there is no way to directly use color schemes from textmate bundles. But you can try converting them to WebStorm format - see comments in https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-67306https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-67306. There is a plugin for converting Textmate themes.
