Build-in webserver not serving full page

Recently I started using phpstorm 9 but I have some problems with the build-in web server. If I open my browser to the console (Chrome) I see only half the site and many parts are missing. I do not have this problem if I use my own webserver.

EDIT: my code is 344 lines long.
