tab Order under ProjectProperties | Main Module ???

what do this tab? is it important which order the content have? why can i

configure libarys in this tab? i should only add libarys!?
This is classpath order.
Adding Project/Application libraries there will be moved to other place. The
current UI shows you "raw model" structure and will be changed to more
"logical level".
