How do I turn off Hot swap

I keep getting a dialog popping up saying the JVM does not support hot swap.
I do not WANT to do hotswap and am restarting every time - how do I turn hotswap OFF.

Also is there any way to tell the debugger not to keep launching multiple instances of the same configuration but on launch stop any instances and restart

IDE Settings | Debugger | Reload classes after compilation : "Never"

You can achieve this from debugger pane: just stop the application and press the "redebug" action at the top left corner of
debugger's toolwindow
